李欣：这一切没有不插电时那么“糟”

去年，所谓的李宇春310不插电演唱会，其实就是将“不插电”概念对大众的一种有意误导。而在宣传上，李还被授予了中国内地一个做不插电演唱会歌手的名头。幸亏没有说华语，要么一定引得人神同怒。不知道大家是否还记得，一九九三年，Beyond乐队在马来西亚举办的那场不插电演唱会，后来被制作成了现场专集得以发行。而同时那也是黄家驹辞世前最后一个正式的大型演出会。

在内地，第一场不插电演唱会也不是李宇春云云。一九九五年六月，“中国首届不插电流行音乐会”在北京开幕。以音乐人身份参加那场演出，现签约十三月音乐厂牌的马条回忆，那场演出策划人为黄燎原。演出阵容上则汇集了一大批民谣歌手。通过那场演出，马条结识了很多朋友，如老狼、李延亮等。九十年代中期，民谣音乐在中国大行其道，尤其是以老狼所代表的校园民谣音乐，《同桌的你》几乎是妇孺皆知。这也是后来，人们总是习惯把民谣音乐和不插电混淆到一起的原因之一。

IAEA says Iran building up atom program, defying U.N.

VIENNA (Reuters) - The U.N. nuclear watchdog said on Wednesday Iran was stepping up its uranium enrichment program as U.S. warships maneuvered off Iran's coast, highlighting concerns over Iranian nuclear ambitions and involvement in Iraq.

Iran's defiance of another 60-day deadline set by the Council when it imposed a second set of sanctions on March 24 will expose Tehran to tougher penalties over its nuclear work, which the West fears is a front for assembling atom bombs.

"Iran has not agreed to any of the required transparency measures, which are essential for the clarification of certain aspects of the scope and nature of its nuclear program," said a confidential International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report obtained by Reuters.
